The ZYM series ultrafine grinding mill is an advanced powder processing equipment that integrates crushing, grading, and collection. It is designed for industries with strict requirements for fineness and purity, and can efficiently grind various materials with a Mohs hardness of 6 or below to the micrometer or even sub micrometer level.
The equipment is based on the principles of fluid mechanics and generates supersonic airflow through a high-speed rotating turbine device. Materials collide and rub against each other in the airflow to achieve pulverization. The built-in high-precision turbine grading system ensures that only particles that reach the target particle size can pass through, while coarse particles are returned to the crushing zone for further grinding, resulting in a highly concentrated and pollution-free final product with a highly concentrated particle size distribution.
The particle size of the finished product can be flexibly adjusted between 325-2500 mesh, and some materials can be as fine as D97<5μm.
Adopting the principle of material self grinding, it effectively reduces the wear of the inner wall and grinding medium of the equipment, ensuring the high purity of the product, especially suitable for high value-added materials.
Equipped with a built-in high-efficiency grading system, it avoids over crushing and consumes less energy than traditional airflow mills, significantly improving production efficiency.
The core transmission system and vulnerable parts are made of high-performance wear-resistant materials, with a reasonable structural design, stable equipment operation, and long service life.
The entire system is operated under negative pressure, with pulse dust removal and minimal dust leakage. The working environment is clean and meets environmental requirements.
