The core design concept is to combine mature jaw crusher technology with highly self-propelled tracked chassis, aiming to provide a solution for primary crushing directly on the working face for fields such as quarrying, mining, and construction waste treatment. This device meets the demands of harsh working conditions with its excellent reliability, flexible mobility, and efficient crushing capability.
It utilizes an optimized crushing chamber and heavy-duty structure to ensure efficient processing of hard rock and exceptional durability.
Featuring hydraulic drive and self-propelled functionality, it enables flexible mobility and rapid positioning in complex terrain.
Equipped with a vibrating feeder with a grizzly, it pre-screens fines to enhance crushing efficiency and improve final product quality.
Through the PLC system and remote control, it achieves centralized management of the entire process, from equipment operation to maintenance diagnostics.
