Raymond mill is a vertical roller mill that adopts the mature principle of suspended roller rolling and crushing. It drives the grinding roller to rotate through the central vertical shaft, causing the grinding roller to roll inside the annular grinding ring, achieving the rolling and grinding of materials. This equipment integrates grinding, grading, and conveying, and is a classic solution in the traditional industrial grinding field. It has stable performance and wide applicability.

Core working principle

The workflow of Raymond mill is an efficient closed-loop system:

Feeding and Rolling: The material to be processed is evenly fed into the mill by the feeder and crushed between the grinding roller and the grinding ring.

Wind power enhancement and grading: The crushed material is blown up by the upward airflow generated by the bottom fan of the system and enters the classifier above.

Precision classification: The high-speed rotating classifier precisely sorts the powder by adjusting the speed. Qualified fine powder passes through the airflow, while unqualified coarse powder is thrown back into the grinding chamber for re grinding.

Finished product collection: The dusty airflow enters the cyclone collector, where the majority of the finished powder is efficiently separated and collected. Purification cycle: The purified airflow is circulated back to the main unit through a fan, forming a negative pressure closed-loop cycle to ensure no dust overflow.

Raymond mill is widely used in non-metallic minerals, building materials, metallurgy, chemical and other industries, suitable for various non flammable and explosive materials with Mohs hardness below 7 and humidity below 6%, such as:

Non metallic minerals: calcite, marble, limestone, barite, fluorite, kaolin, etc.

Building materials and chemical industry: gypsum, talc, feldspar, phosphate ore, activated carbon, etc.

Other fields: Grinding and preparation of glass and ceramic raw materials.
