2. Recommended Process & Equipment
A classic and highly reliable “Jaw Crusher + Impact Crusher” two-stage closed-circuit crushing process is recommended.
- Feeding: Vibrating Feeder → Jaw Crusher (Primary Crushing) → Vibrating Screen (Screening)
- Screening: Sized Material → Finished Product Piles | Oversized Material → Impact Crusher (Secondary Crushing) → Returns to Vibrating Screen
