The PF series impact crusher is an efficient and energy-saving equipment that utilizes impact energy for crushing, widely used in various industries such as mining, construction, highways, water conservancy, and chemical engineering. It is mainly used for medium and fine crushing operations.
Utilizes impact crushing and a multi-chamber design to achieve repeated fragmentation. The final product is predominantly cubic, with minimal cracks and a very low flakiness index, ideal for high-quality aggregate production.
Key wear parts (blow bars and impact plates) are made from high-chromium alloys or composite ceramics. The optimized impact angle ensures high crushing efficiency while significantly extending service life and reducing operating costs.
The output size can be precisely and easily controlled by adjusting the gap between the rotor and impact plates via hydraulic or mechanical systems, ensuring a consistent product gradation.
Features hydraulic opening and over-iron protection. Non-crushable materials entering the chamber can be automatically discharged and the system resets, effectively safeguarding the core transmission components and enhancing operational reliability.
