Grinding Mill
10 TPH Zeolite Powder Grinding Line in Belgium
20/11/2025

This proposal outlines a plan for establishing a high-efficiency, environmentally sound zeolite powder processing line in the port industrial area of Antwerp, Belgium. The project’s core is the installation of one set of an YGM160 High-Pressure Grinding Mill. The objective is to process raw zeolite into high-quality powder with a fineness of 200 mesh, achieving a stable capacity of 10 tons per hour. This production line is designed to meet the growing demand for zeolite powder in local and European markets for applications in construction, agriculture, environmental protection, and chemical industries.

Project Location: Antwerp, Belgium

Processed Material: Zeolite

Design Capacity: 10 T/H

Input Size: ≤ 30 mm

Output Size: 200 mesh (D90)

Core Equipment: 1 set of YGM160 High-Pressure Grinding Mill

Key Equipment: YGM160 High-Pressure Grinding Mill

The YGM series mill is ideal for processing non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 6, such as zeolite. It is particularly effective for high-capacity grinding to medium fineness.

Working Principle: Material is ground between the rollers and the ring. The grinding force is significantly increased by high-pressure springs, ensuring higher capacity and finer output.

Technical Advantages:

High Efficiency & Low Energy Consumption: Offers higher output and lower energy consumption per ton compared to traditional Raymond mills for the same fineness.

Stable Product Quality: Produces powder with uniform particle size and a passing rate of up to 99%.

Environmental Compliance: Equipped with a pulse dust collector, ensuring dust emission concentrations are well below European environmental standards.

High Reliability: Key wearing parts are made from high-quality alloy materials, ensuring durability and stable, continuous operation.

Advanced Automation: The centralized control electrical system makes operation simple and maintenance easy.

Proposed Process Flow

  1. Crushing & Feeding: Raw zeolite (≤30mm) is fed into a raw material bin by a forklift and then evenly and quantitatively conveyed by an Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder to a Jaw Crusher for primary crushing (if required), or directly elevated by a Bucket Elevator to the raw material storage silo.
  2. Grinding: Material from the storage silo is steadily fed into the YGM160 mill. The material is ground by the rollers through rolling and crushing.
  3. Classification & Collection: The ground powder is carried by the air stream from the fan to the Analyzer for classification. Oversized particles are rejected back to the grinding chamber for further grinding. Fine powder that meets the fineness requirement (200 mesh) passes through the analyzer and enters the Pulse Bag Dust Collector.
  4. Product Collection & Packaging: In the dust collector, the powder is separated from the air. The finished zeolite powder is discharged via a Screw Conveyor to the product silo, ready for big bag packaging or bulk loading.
  5. Dust Control & Environmental Protection: The purified air is discharged through the fan and muffler. The negative pressure system ensures a clean and pollution-free operation.

Project Key Advantages

  • Cost-Effectiveness: A single YGM160 unit meets the 10 T/H capacity requirement, offering a low initial investment and a short return-on-investment period.
  • Strategic Location: Antwerp, as Europe’s second-largest port, offers superior logistical advantages, significantly reducing transportation costs for both raw material intake and finished product distribution.
  • High Product Competitiveness: The produced 200-mesh zeolite powder boasts consistent quality, fully meeting the high standards of European markets for use as a filler, adsorbent, soil conditioner, etc.
  • Compliance with EU Standards: The production line design strictly adheres to EU CE directives and relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
