The JOYAL screw sand washing machine is mainly used for sand processing, electric pole factory, building work site and concrete dam, various sands classifying and dewatering.
The JOYAL screw sand washing machine is mainly used for sand processing, electric pole factory, building work site and concrete dam, various sands classifying and dewatering. This machine has three functions: washing, dewatering, classifying.
Simple combine structure, operation more stable. Also it adopts large screw, to get the clean sand by continuous rotation. So the capacity can reach to 350tons/hour.
Compared with wheel type washer, the screw washer can get more clean end sand.
Less energy consumption, less spare parts cost, free of further replacement.
The bearing is separated from water and sand, to avoid damage caused by pollution and rust.
