The hydraulic opening of the rear frame, hydraulic adjustment and disassembly of the plate hammer, and other functions are easy to operate and maintain.
The PFW series hydraulic impact crusher is an upgraded version of traditional impact crushers, which integrates the design of heavy-duty rotors, advanced crushing chamber types, and hydraulic control systems. It is particularly suitable for processing materials with medium or higher hardness (such as granite, basalt, limestone, concrete, etc.) for secondary or tertiary crushing.
Hydraulic opening of the rear housing and hydraulic adjustment/removal of hammers make servicing quick and minimize downtime.
Heavy-duty rotor design delivers powerful impact force, ensuring high output with low energy consumption.
Multi-chamber crushing structure produces well-shaped, cubicle aggregates with minimal flaky content.
