Its integration of a vertical shaft classifier ensures precise particle size control to reliably meet diverse production requirements. This system serves a wide array of applications, including putty powder, coatings, desulfurization in power plants, and fillers for plastics, toothpaste, and papermaking.
The overall output of the machine has increased by 30% compared to the Raymond mill, and it adopts a curved air duct and high-efficiency blade design to reduce wind resistance and energy loss, thereby improving sorting rate and overall production efficiency.
The host is equipped with a buffering device and optimized cylinder structure, combined with variable frequency speed control, to achieve low noise, low power consumption and smooth operation of the equipment. At the same time, key wear-resistant parts are made of special alloys, with a service life of up to 1 to 3 years.
By using frequency conversion speed regulation and squirrel cage turbine classifier, the finished product particle size can be flexibly adjusted within the range of 80-400 mesh, easily adapting to different material and working condition requirements.
The host and grading mechanism adopt fast pressure devices, which are easy to maintain; The grinding roller adopts a maintenance free sealing structure, with low bearing fuel consumption; Cooperate with pulse dust collectors to effectively achieve dust-free workshop operations.
