The PEV jaw crusher’s structure includes the frame, fixed/movable jaw plates, side guards, and base. Its core transmission comprises the eccentric shaft, bearings, pulley, and toggle plate with a spring. The discharge size is adjusted via a wedge mechanism driven by a rotary nut, and the machine is equipped with starting, locking, and lubrication systems.
The symmetrical V-shaped crushing chamber maximizes the size of the feed inlet, output, and crushing ratio, increasing production by more than 30% compared to traditional crushers.
The selection of an integral bearing housing, larger-sized bearings, and quenched and tempered alloy spindles gives the crusher greater load capacity and a longer service life.
The motor is installed on the crusher’s frame, and the equipment uses rubber damping blocks instead of anchor bolts. This effectively reduces the installation space, absorbs equipment vibration, and minimizes the load transmitted to the foundation.
The discharge port uses a simpler and more reliable “wedge adjustment device,” and an airproof structure at the main shaft end prevents oil leakage, making adjustments and maintenance more straightforward.
