Equipped with an internationally advanced exciter featuring a sturdy eccentric shaft and barrel-type roller bearings, ensuring stable, high-amplitude vibration and extended service life.
Features a durable screen box constructed from high-strength steel, with side plates and cross members connected by high-strength bolts for enhanced structural integrity and fatigue resistance.
Offers high screening efficiency and large processing capacity. The screen mesh configuration and inclination angle can be customized to suit a wide range of material types and final product specifications.
Utilizes high-performance rubber spring supports, effectively isolating vibration transmission to the supporting structure and reducing noise and dynamic load impact.
