The YGM high-pressure suspension roller mill can process hundreds of materials with a Mohs hardness of less than 9.3 and a moisture content of less than 6%.

Working Principle

Based on the principle of suspended roller crushing, the grinding rollers exert pressure on the grinding ring through a spring-loaded pressure system within the main unit, thereby crushing the material. The crushed material is then conveyed by airflow and sorted by an integrated classifier. Qualified fine powder is collected, while coarse powder is returned for further grinding.

Key Design Features

Pressurization device

A high-pressure spring is installed on the grinding roller assembly to increase the initial grinding pressure.

Classification system

Equipped with a high-precision turbine classifier to control the particle size of the finished product.

Transmission system

Employs a sealed gearbox and pulley drive.

Dust removal system

The system operates under negative pressure and is equipped with a pulse-jet bag filter.
