Working Principle

The feeder comprises a vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor, and drive assembly. The vibrator consists of two intermeshing geared eccentric shafts. When powered, the synchronized rotation of these shafts generates a linear vibratory force, driving the feeder into cyclical reciprocating motion. This vibration causes materials to slide and tumble along the trough, advancing toward the discharge end. As materials pass over the grizzly section, undersized particles are sieved out, achieving pre-screening and reducing unnecessary further crushing.
