Deep V-shaped Crushing Chamber: Optimized design, no dead zones, significantly improving feed capacity and output.
High Crushing Ratio: Achieves efficient crushing even with large materials, producing uniform particle size.
Heavy-duty Structure: The frame and high-manganese steel moving and fixed jaw plates are constructed with high-quality cast steel components, ensuring long-term stability and durability under extreme operating conditions.
Heavy-duty Forged Eccentric Shaft: Precision-machined and heat-treated, providing excellent strength and fatigue resistance for core transmission components.
Modular Design: Core components such as bearing housings and jaw plates are easy to disassemble and assemble, greatly simplifying daily maintenance and replacement of wear parts. Double wedge adjustment system: Provides a fast and safe way to adjust the discharge port, allowing for precise control of product particle size without the need for additional tools.
The motor drives the eccentric shaft via a pulley, causing the moving jaw to perform periodic reciprocating motion. When the moving jaw approaches the fixed jaw, the material is crushed by compression, splitting, and bending between the two jaw plates; when the moving jaw moves away, the crushed material is discharged from the bottom of the crushing chamber under gravity.
