Simple Maintenance

Double wedge adjustment system: Provides a fast and safe way to adjust the discharge port, allowing for precise control of product particle size without the need for additional tools.


Working Principle

The motor drives the eccentric shaft via a pulley, causing the moving jaw to perform periodic reciprocating motion. When the moving jaw approaches the fixed jaw, the material is crushed by compression, splitting, and bending between the two jaw plates; when the moving jaw moves away, the crushed material is discharged from the bottom of the crushing chamber under gravity.
