Project Description: 150-200 TPH Four-Stage Crushing and Screening Plant
This project outlines a plan for a high-efficiency and stable large-scale aggregate production line, with a designed capacity of 150 to 200 tons per hour. The process flow is based on a classic four-stage crushing and screening circuit, centered on a “Jaw Crusher + Impact Crusher” configuration.
The core process begins with the Vibrating Feeder ensuring uniform material supply. The raw material is primarily crushed by the Jaw Crusher for coarse breaking and then further processed by the Impact Crusher for secondary fine crushing. The crushed material is then classified by the Vibrating Screen. Oversized material is returned to the crushers, while the qualified finished products are transferred and sorted by a series of Belt Conveyors of various specifications, forming a closed-loop circuit.

This layout is compact and rational, utilizing mature and reliable equipment to ensure continuous and stable operation, enabling the high-yield production of multiple specifications of high-quality aggregates.
