1. Project Overview

This project aims to establish a fixed crushing and screening production line with an hourly capacity of 300–350 tons, primarily used for the intermediate crushing, fine crushing, and grading of aggregate materials. The project adopts a modular design with rational equipment selection and a mature process flow, suitable for processing materials of medium hardness, such as limestone and granite. Equipment and technical support are provided by Shanghai Joyal.

3. Process Flow Description

  • Feeding Stage: The vibrating feeder uniformly supplies raw material to the jaw crusher.
  • Primary Crushing: The jaw crusher performs initial crushing, controlling the output size to 0–250mm.
  • Intermediate & Fine Crushing: Material is processed by the two cone crushers (Model B and D) for intermediate and fine crushing stages.
  • Screening & Grading: The two vibrating screens (2YZS2160 & 2YZS1860) perform multi-stage screening to separate finished products into different specifications.
  • Material Handling: The entire process is connected by multiple belt conveyors, enabling automated material flow.
