1.Core process: Pre-grinding + ball milling
The combined grinding system of “roller press + ball mill” is adopted to achieve high efficiency and energy saving.
2.System Flow
Wet slag → Roller press (pre-grinding & drying) → Ball mill (fine grinding) → High-efficiency classifier (sorting) → Finished product

3.Key Equipment
Roller press: Pre-crushing and drying to reduce particle size and moisture content entering the mill.
Ball mill: Ø4.2x13m and above, responsible for the final product quality.
High-efficiency classifier: Forms a closed-loop circulation, improving grinding efficiency.
4.Core Advantages
High yield: Hourly output ≥ 125 tons.
Low power consumption: System power consumption can be controlled below 40 kWh/t.
Stable quality: The closed-loop system facilitates precise control of the finished product’s fineness.
